Recycling news

I just read about the graduation project of Greetje van Time in the Design Academy Eindhoven.
He transforms and recycles old newspaper and produces a yarn that can be woven into carpets, curtains and upholstery.
With this idea he got the first place in the ‘top 10 ranking rugs and blankets’ made by Dezeen.
Last year I saw in SP at a friend's house a beautiful carpet made of candy paper, it was amazing.
And on the last edition of the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven there were corsets made of chocolate wrappers.
Recycling paper and packaging and transforming them into fabric and clothing is not exactly new, but it is always a good idea.
